Government of Canada Announces Funding for COVID-19 Safe Voluntary Isolation Sites in Ontario

. . . To date, the Safe Voluntary Isolation Sites Program has provided $100.6 million to establish sites in Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Nova Scotia.

Since the first safe voluntary isolation site opened in Toronto in September 2020, approximately 9,432 people have sought access and support through one of the federally-funded sites across the country.

Regular monitoring and reporting of safe voluntary isolation sites is conducted in coordination with local public health officials.

Since Fall 2020, the federal government of Canada has pumped around $100 million into its Safe Voluntary Isolation Sites Program, which currently has locations in not just B.C., but also Ontario, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.

In December 2020, the first two Fauci Flu isolation sites became operational in Toronto.

While the claim is that these facilities will always be “voluntary,” the reality is that local health officials still have the ability to determine who needs to go to one. In other words, they can quickly become “mandatory” on a whim.

Independent Ontario MPP for Lanark, Frontenac and Kingston Randy Hillier drew attention to this last year, only to be dubbed a “conspiracy theorist” by the establishment. Now his warnings are coming true.

The Australian army has begun forcibly removing residents in the Northern Territories to the Howard Springs quarantine camp located in Darwin, after nine new Covid-19 cases were identified in the community of Binjari. The move comes after hard lockdowns were instituted in the communities of both Binjari and nearby Rockhole on Saturday night.

. . . "It's highly likely that more residents will be transferred to Howard Springs today, either as positive cases or close contacts," he continued, adding "We have already identified 38 close contacts from Binjari but that number will go up. Those 38 are being transferred now."

WAC 246-100-040, a proposed revision to include Covid protocol under the state’s Communicable and Certain Other Diseases act, outlines “Procedures for isolation or quarantine.” The measure would allow local health officers “at his or her sole discretion” to “issue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposes of isolation or quarantine.”

Health officers are required to provide documentation proving unvaccinated residents subject to detention have denied “requests for medical examination, testing, treatment, counseling, vaccination, decontamination of persons or animals, isolation, quarantine and inspection and closure of facilities” prior to involuntarily confinement in quarantine facilities, the resolution states.

Lawmakers in New York are preparing to vote on a bill that will allow authorities to act upon unvaccinated individuals. These acts include – but are not limited to – the removal of people identified as carriers or communicable diseases and those potentially dangerous to public health.

The bill is included in the agenda for the next legislative assembly for both the state senate and assembly on Jan. 5, 2022. If ratified, the authorities will be given executive powers similar to those in Australia, where quarantine camps are set up for people who test positive for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as those who test negative – even as it continues to pose little to no impact on the daily lives of individuals and business owners.

Quebec to impose 'significant' financial penalty against people who refuse to get vaccinated

Quebec Premier François Legault announced the province will apply a "significant" financial penalty for residents who refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19 for non-medical reasons.

The premier made the announcement at a news conference Tuesday afternoon, describing the measure as a "health-care contribution," though the exact amount has not yet been determined.

The province is consulting with the finance minister and its legal advisers about implementing the measure, but Legault already said $50 or $100 "is not significant" enough for him.

. . .  The unvaccinated "will have a bill to pay because there are consequences on our health-care network and it's not up to all Quebecers to pay for this," the premier said.

"It's a question of equity because right now, these people, they put a very important burden on our health-care network. And I think it's normal that the majority of the population is asking that there be a consequence," he continued.

"And yes, we will continue to look at spreading the use of the vaccine passport, but I think we have to go further."
